The general formula of the material is as follows: Ax (M) yNzO2, A is an average combination of one or more than two of alkali metal elements, M is an average combination of three or more than three of low-electronegativity transition metal elements, N is an average combination of one or more than two of high-electronegativity elements, x is between 0.4 and 1.0, y is between 0.01 and 0.5, z is between 0.2 and 0.9, and y is between 0.01 and 0.5. A precursor can be prepared through ball milling, freeze-drying, solvothermal, sol-gel or coprecipitation and then annealed at high temperature to obtain a final product.
