Abstract | The invention belongs to the crossing field of specialty paper industry and insulation industry, and particularly discloses a preparation method of heat-conducting aramid insulation paper for high-frequency and high-voltage electrical equipment. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing fibrid containing particles with high thermal conductivity, preparing fibrid pulp containing particles with high thermal conductivity, and mixed pulp of heat-conducting fibers and meta-aramid chopped fibers, mixing the two kinds of pulp, and carrying out wet papermaking forming, squeezing drying and heat treatment to obtain the heat-conducting aramid insulation paper.
