Summary: | The invention discloses an acidic virus nucleic acid degradation and disinfection method, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a liquid component of an acidic nucleic acid degradation disinfectant, the liquid component comprising the following components by weight: 1-30% of peracetic acid, 1-10% of lauryl sodium sulfate, 1-10% of citric acid, 1-10% of formic acid, and the balance of water; (2) preparing a solid component of the acidic nucleic acid degradation disinfectant, wherein the solid component is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of sodium percarbonate, 10-50 parts of potassium peroxymonosulfate, 5-15 parts of potassium chloride and 10-30 parts of sodium chloride; and (3) the liquid component and the solid component are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: 3-3: 1, and the object to be disinfected is disinfected after the solid component is completely dissolved and diluted by 50-500 times, and the disinfection time is 1-60 min.
