Summary: | In a first step, a mold (P1) on the left end side among four molds (P1 to P4) arranged side by side in a mold mounting part (9U) is held in an immobile state by a left ATC (13UL), and a right mold (P4) among the four molds (P1 to P4) is moved toward the left ATC (13UL) by a right ATC (13UR), whereby the four molds (P1 to P4) are drawn together. In the second step, when the torque of a motor (25) for moving the right ATC (13UR) in the left-right direction reaches a preset value, the movement of the right ATC (13UR) is stopped. The first step has a selection step for selecting, for each of the left and right ATC (13UL, 13UL), whether to perform a drawing-in operation in a state in which the left and right ATC (13UL) is in contact with a side surface (PS) of the mold (P1, P4) or to perform a drawing-in operation in a state in which the left and right ATC (13UL) is engaged with an engagement hole (PH) of the mold (P1, P4).
