Abstract The invention discloses a charging pile control method and system and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of charging pile field station charging, and the method comprises the steps: receiving a charging control instruction uploaded by a user side; judging whether a charging pile corresponding to the charging control instruction is in an offline state or not; if yes, a charging control instruction is issued to a central network system which establishes network connection with the charging piles in advance, so that the central network system forwards the charging control instruction to the charging piles, and the charging piles are controlled to execute actions corresponding to the charging control instruction. Therefore, by constructing a central network system of the station, the problem that the charging pile in a network off-line state cannot provide charging service is solved, network interruption caused by external reasons of non-charging piles is overcome, the same service experience as
