Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of high polymer materials, and particularly relates to a corrosion-resistant and weather-resistant polyurethane elastomer for surface protection application, which is synthesized from three monomers, namely aliphatic or alicyclic diisocyanate, hydrogenated hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene and a bifunctional secondary amine compound. According to the invention, a bifunctional secondary amine compound is selected as a chain extender, and generated ureido has relatively strong hydrogen bond energy and chemical bond energy, so that a hard segment phase is piled compactly, and the high temperature, oxygen and ultraviolet resistance of the hard segment phase is improved; hydrogenated hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene is selected as a soft segment chain, a polyolefin main chain has excellent hydrophobic and gas barrier characteristics and hydrolysis and thermo-oxidative aging resistance, oxygen, water vapor, water-soluble ions and corrosive gas can be prevented from ente |
