Summary: | The invention relates to a method for treating and recycling a resin desorption solution by a nanofiltration-electrochemical process, which comprises the following steps: (1) filtering a denitrification resin desorption solution by a nanofiltration membrane to remove multivalent ions and large molecular weight organic matters to obtain nanofiltration effluent without the large molecular weight organic matters; (2) introducing the filtrate into a multi-chamber electrochemical reactor, respectively reducing nitrate nitrogen in a cathode chamber, converting chloride ions into hypochlorite in an anode chamber, and reacting hypochlorite with ammonia nitrogen to generate nitrogen so as to realize removal of total nitrogen; (3) introducing the obtained water body into a dechlorination chamber, and reducing the generated free chlorine into chloride ions to realize removal of residual chlorine; and (4) regenerating the saturated ion exchange resin by using the obtained water body as a regeneration solution.
