The first end of the telescopic adjusting assembly is connected with the first suspension assembly, the second end of the telescopic adjusting assembly is connected with the second suspension assembly, and the second suspension assembly is used for generating corresponding response force along with extension or shortening of the telescopic adjusting assembly, so that the deflection of the tubular bus is adjusted.
