Abstract The invention discloses a probability density adjustable wind speed field numerical simulation method and system. The simulation method comprises the following steps: establishing a simulation model of a power transmission line in actual engineering; obtaining an average wind profile according to a static flow field simulation result; a fluctuating wind speed sequence conforming to expected probability density distribution is obtained by combining a linear filtering method and a Gurley correlation deformation formula; a specified wind load is constructed through the obtained average wind profile and the pulsation wind speed sequence, the constructed specified wind load is applied to the simulation model of the power transmission line to carry out transient response analysis, a typical tower response value is selected, and the relation between the probability density distribution of the response value and the probability density distribution of an input wind speed field is searched.
