Abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of agriculture and forestry seedling raising. The invention particularly relates to application of the composition containing the eucalyptus leavening in weed inhibition. The composition containing the eucalyptus leavening is prepared by adopting a specific preparation method, the particle porosity and the air permeability of the composition containing the eucalyptus leavening are guaranteed, the composition is rich in organic matters, the concentration of eudesmol is 200-1000 mg/kg, the composition has the advantages of an organic seedling raising substrate and a biological organic fertilizer, normal growth and development of seedlings can be guaranteed, and the yield of the seedlings is increased.
