Summary: | An in-situ self-growth forming method of a curvature surface adhesion structure comprises the steps that firstly, an upper pole plate is prepared and treated, then, a lower pole plate and a forming polymer material are prepared and treated, conformal rheoforming of the adhesion structure is induced by an electric field, the upper pole plate makes contact with the lower pole plate through a dielectric support, an external direct-current power source is applied, and the adhesion structure is formed. Enabling the electric field force applied to the polymer film to overcome surface tension and viscous resistance to flow, growing an array microstructure according to the most unstable wavelength, after the array microstructure is in contact with the dielectric layer, generating an electrowetting phenomenon, and keeping a stable voltage until the array microstructure wets and flows into a mushroom shape with a brim; and finally, curing and demolding the polymer to obtain an adhesion structure which is conformal with |
