Abstract | The invention provides an airway minimum sealing pressure monitoring method and system based on an intelligent identification technology, and belongs to the field of intelligent medical equipment. Audio acquisition and analysis at the cuff are performed in combination with artificial intelligence, whether the cuff leaks air or not is recognized in real time, the pressure of the cuff is automatically controlled and adjusted, the minimum sealing pressure is automatically obtained, and the pressure range is automatically adjusted. By means of the monitoring system, the minimum sealing pressure can be automatically monitored in real time for a long time, and the risk of infection caused by poor sealing performance of the airway due to changes of the airway or the cuff is effectively avoided; the whole process is automatically completed, manual intervention of medical workers is reduced, the workload of the medical workers is reduced, and infection risks are reduced.
