Summary: | The invention discloses an optimal scheduling method for an oil refinery hydrogen network in a carbon neutralization scene. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, acquiring fixed parameters and to-be-optimized parameters of the oil refinery hydrogen network; step 2, establishing an agent model of the oil refinery hydrogen network through an artificial intelligence algorithm; step 3, establishing a multi-objective optimization model based on the data obtained through statistics in the step 2; step 4, loading constraint conditions of the oil refinery hydrogen network in the target function; 5, carrying out stochastic programming on the target function, and repeatedly adjusting the to-be-optimized parameters under constraint conditions, so that the solution of the target function tends to be the minimum value; and step 6, when the solution of the objective function is the minimum value, outputting the to-be-optimized parameters as the optimal scheduling scheme of the oil refinery hydrogen network.
