Abstract | The invention discloses an operation flexibility optimized strabismus surgery intraoperative auxiliary device which can replace an assistant to maintain fixation of surgical instruments such as an eye speculum and a strabismus hook in the surgery and avoid interference to an operator. According to the key points of the technical scheme, the device comprises a surgical field maintaining mechanism, a positioning cantilever and an adjustable supporting cantilever, the surgical field maintaining mechanism comprises an annular frame and an instrument fixing part, the annular frame is used for defining a surgical operation space, and the instrument fixing part is arranged on the annular frame and used for fixing ophthalmic surgical instruments; and the other end of the positioning cantilever is connected with the supporting cantilever.
