Abstract The invention provides soybean peptide and soybean oligopeptide with a blood fat reducing effect as well as a preparation method and application of the soybean peptide and the soybean oligopeptide, and relates to the technical field of active peptide. According to the invention, the soy protein isolate is used as a raw material and is treated by a special process, so that sensitization protein and anti-nutritional factors in the soy protein can be removed, and the utilization rate and the action effect of the soy protein are remarkably improved. Two oligopeptides with high blood fat reducing activity are separated, purified and identified from the soybean peptide, and the amino acid sequences are shown as SEQ ID NO.1 and SEQ ID NO.2.
