Abstract | The invention discloses a nucleic acid detection gate machine capable of being rapidly deployed for single-person operation, which comprises a chassis, two side walls fixedly arranged on the chassis and a door-shaped movable frame capable of vertically sliding along the side walls, and the side walls are provided with an access control machine, a personnel interaction unit and a material output unit. The material output unit comprises a throat swab ejection mechanism and a sampling tube ejection mechanism, a storage battery and a controller electrically connected with the storage battery are arranged in the chassis, and the access control machine, the personnel interaction unit and the material output unit are all electrically connected with the controller.
