The invention provides a transmission system and a drive assembly. The transmission system comprises a transmission body. The transmission body comprises an input shaft, an intermediate shaft, an output shaft, a planetary gear mechanism, a gear shifting mechanism and a gear shifting fork. The input shaft comprises a first input shaft and a second input shaft serving as input of the planetary gear mechanism, and the first input shaft and the second input shaft are coaxially arranged; the gear shifting fork is matched with the gear shifting mechanism, so that a planet carrier of the planet gear mechanism is meshed with the first input shaft to form a low-speed gear, or the second input shaft is meshed with the first input shaft to form a high-speed gear; a first gear is arranged on the first input shaft, a second gear and a third gear are arranged on the intermediate shaft, a fourth gear is arranged on the output shaft, the first gear is meshed with the second gear, and the third gear is meshed with the fourth
