The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring 1, 3, 5-trioxane, fluoroethylene carbonate, methyl trifluoroethyl carbonate, lithium difluoro (oxalato) borate and lithium bis (fluorosulfonyl) imide in sequence until the components are completely dissolved, then dropwise adding the mixture onto a glass fiber membrane, uniformly infiltrating the glass fiber membrane, heating the glass fiber membrane to generate an in-situ self-initiation polymerization reaction, and drying the glass fiber membrane to obtain the lithium ion battery positive electrode material.
