Abstract | The invention provides an ultrasonic phased array full-matrix data non-recursive efficient imaging method, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, regarding full-matrix data as three-dimensional data of a receiving array element position, a transmitting array element position and time, and converting the full-matrix data into a frequency wave number domain through three-dimensional fast Fourier transform; variable replacement is carried out on an upper interface wave field of the dielectric layer, the wave field in the dielectric layer is directly calculated from the wave number kz of the frequency omega mapped to the depth direction (z direction), and an imaging result can be obtained by using imaging conditions after three-dimensional fast Fourier inversion. According to the imaging method, wave field extrapolation iteration and cross-correlation calculation in an EPSM method are avoided, the calculation time is shortened, and the imaging efficiency of the ultrasonic phased array is remarkably impr |
