By means of flaw detection pretreatment, cleaning of the rail is achieved, a detection probe is prevented from being polluted by the rail, harm of some bacterial pollutants and flying dust powder to operators is avoided, and in addition, the crack detection rate of the surface of the rail during ultrasonic flaw detection can be increased. And through the cooperation of the offset return end and the ultrasonic flaw detection end, a technician marks and rechecks the flaw, so that the leak detection of the crack is further avoided.
