Abstract | The invention provides a chip kit capable of simultaneously detecting animal and plant-derived allergen components of food, which comprises an LAMP (loop-mediated isothermal amplification) primer composition and an LAMP primer group for detecting the animal and plant-derived allergen components of the food, wherein the LAMP primer group comprises nucleotide sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 42; the LAMP primer group for detecting the animal-derived components in the food comprises nucleotide sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO: 43 to SEQ ID NO: 62. According to the chip kit capable of simultaneously detecting animal and plant-derived allergen components in food, the animal and plant-derived allergen components in food can be rapidly, accurately and synchronously detected, the sensitivity and the specificity are improved, and the detection period is shortened.
