Abstract | A phase shifter provided by the present invention comprises a substrate, a signal line arranged on the substrate, ground lines arranged in pairs on the substrate and at least one capacitance adjusting assembly, two of the same pair of ground lines are respectively located at two sides of the signal line and are arranged at intervals with the signal line, the capacitance adjusting assembly comprises a film bridge, and the film bridge is arranged on the substrate. The two ends of the film bridge are arranged on the two ground wires respectively, the signal wire is located in a space defined by the film bridge and the substrate, and the capacitance adjusting assembly is used for adjusting capacitance between the film bridge and the signal wire to target capacitance when receiving a bias voltage signal. The target capacitance is linearly related to the magnitude of the bias voltage.
