Abstract | The invention discloses a bone age measurement method and system, electronic equipment and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an ultrasonic image and preprocessing the ultrasonic image; performing quality screening on the ultrasonic image by using a trained quality control model based on deep learning; extracting an ossification center region and a cartilage region from the ultrasonic image qualified in quality screening by using a trained multi-target segmentation model based on deep learning; and performing multi-target feature fusion on the ossification center region, the cartilage region and the clinical information, and performing XGBoost regression analysis on the fused multi-target features to obtain a bone age measurement value. The bone age measuring method and system are noninvasive and non-radiative to the human body, high in safety, convenient to detect and accurate in detection result.
