Abstract | The invention discloses a full-three-dimensional sawtooth trailing edge blade of a turbomachine and a design method, and belongs to the field of turbomachine noise control. The blade is formed by stacking blade molded lines with different chord lengths in the spanwise direction, and the tail edge of the formed blade is of a sawtooth structure. The method comprises the steps that firstly, the pressure surface/suction surface thickness, the pressure surface/suction surface slope and the distance between two adjacent points on a mean camber line are solved based on pressure surface coordinate data, suction surface coordinate data and mean camber line coordinate data of a reference blade; then, the wave trough position and the wave crest position of sawteeth are determined, coordinate data of a mean camber line of the blade profile of the sawtooth trailing edge are solved through the distance dnew between adjacent points of the mean camber line of the blade of the sawtooth trailing edge and the polynomial functio |
