Abstract | The invention discloses a current detection and cushion block integrated current sensor for a double-sided cooling module, which comprises a Rogowski coil with AlN ceramic as a framework, the Rogowski coil comprises a top layer, a middle layer, a bottom layer and a middle cushion block, the middle cushion block is of a Cu-Mo-Cu alloy structure, the sensor can effectively solve the problem that the measurement position and the measurement angle are not fixed in the installation process, and can meet the application in a high-temperature environment.
