Abstract The invention discloses a stacked grating and an AR (Augmented Reality) display device. The stacked grating comprises a plurality of at least two grating layers which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top, wherein a plurality of grating grooves are formed in the grating layer; a staggered interval exists between the grating grooves of two adjacent grating layers, and all the staggered intervals are periodically distributed from bottom to top.
