Abstract | The invention discloses a method, a device, equipment and a medium for tracking a continuous homogeneous oil reservoir in a thick layer, and the method comprises the steps: determining a target oil reservoir section of each single well in N single wells corresponding to a thick layer blocky reservoir for the thick layer blocky reservoir in a target well pattern; performing oil layer series connection or division on the target oil layer section of each single well in the N single wells based on the deposition time unit, and determining a corresponding continuous oil layer in the thick-layer blocky reservoir; and according to the obtained target parameters used for screening the continuous homogeneous oil reservoirs, determining the continuous homogeneous oil reservoirs conforming to the target parameters from the continuous oil reservoirs corresponding to the thick-layer blocky reservoir.
