The scaffold prepared by the invention not only has good mechanical properties, but also can effectively improve adhesion and proliferation of cells. 本发明公开了一种改善细胞黏附的多功能纳米纤维支架,包括聚乳酸乙醇酸纳米纤维支架,依次沉积在纳米纤维支架表面的聚氨酯/聚丙烯酰胺/明胶水凝胶层、聚多巴胺层、壳聚糖网络层。本发明还公开了该改善细胞黏附的多功能纳米纤维支架的制备方法。本发明制得的支架不仅力学性能好,且可有效改善细胞的粘附和增殖。
