Abstract | The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cement stability test cake, which is characterized in that the surface of the test cake subjected to vibration molding is treated by adopting three troweling modes: primary troweling is carried out immediately after vibration molding, so that cement paste is high in flowability and good in plasticity, the contact area of the cement paste and a small knife is large, and the cement paste is easy to adhere to the surface of the small knife; the surface smoothness of the flattened test cake is poor; when the cement paste reaches an initial setting state, the fluidity is lost, the adhesive force with the surface of the knife is reduced, and the surface smoothness of the flattened test cake is increased; and when the cement paste reaches a final setting state, the cement paste completely loses plasticity and starts to generate strength, the surface of the test cake is wiped with wax paper, and the surface smoothness of the test cake is further improved.
