Abstract | A solid composition comprising: a) 25 to 88% by weight of free acid equivalent weight of an amorphous chiral aminopolycarboxylic acid salt; and b) 10 to 60 wt% of free acid equivalents of an amorphous organic acid different from the aminopolycarboxylic acid salt; and c) 0.0005 to 4% by weight of amorphous bismuth, amorphous zinc, or a combination thereof; and d) 0.7 to 25% by weight of water; wherein the organic acid has an average molecular weight of at most 500 Daltons, the molecular weight being based on the free acid equivalents.
