The invention discloses a bathroom heat recovery water heating device which comprises a gas-liquid separator internally provided with a heat exchanger I, a compressor, a four-way reversing valve, a heat exchanger II, an expansion valve, a shower water heat exchanger, a waste water heat exchanger, an electromagnetic valve and a filtering water tank. An air outlet of the compressor is communicated with a D port of the four-way reversing valve, an E port of the four-way reversing valve is communicated with a working medium inlet of the shower water heat exchanger, a working medium outlet of the shower water heat exchanger is communicated with an inlet of the heat exchanger II through the expansion valve, and an outlet of the heat exchanger II is communicated with a C port of the four-way reversing valve.
