Abstract | The invention discloses a built-in hole-crack briquette preparation structure and method. The built-in hole-crack briquette preparation structure comprises a briquette hydraulic device, a briquette mold and a constant-temperature box, the briquette coal hydraulic device comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a piston rod, a fixing support, a limiting base and a working table. The briquette coal mold comprises a pressing head, a standard steel cylinder, an upper cushion block, pulverized coal, a soluble or gasifiable material and a lower cushion block, wherein the soluble or gasifiable material can be camphor balls, sugar blocks and the like. When the briquette coal is manufactured, the soluble or gasifiable material can be prepared into a certain quantity of the soluble or gasifiable material in a required crack shape in advance, the soluble or gasifiable material and pulverized coal are filled into a briquette coal mold together, and the gasifiable material is gasified at a constant temperature after the pulverized |
