Abstract The invention discloses a real-time interaction method and system. The method comprises the following steps: segmenting practice video stream data into a plurality of video stream segments according to node distribution information; the video stream segments and the two ends of the interactive video stream generate preorder addresses and postorder addresses, the preorder addresses and the postorder addresses of the adjacent ends of the adjacent video stream segments form link addresses, and the link addresses are arranged in order to construct a link list; breaking the corresponding link address according to the switching signal, forming two new link addresses by the preorder address and the postorder address at the two ends of the interactive video stream and the broken preorder address and postorder address, and updating the link list at the same time; and playing the video stream by loading the link addresses which are orderly arranged in the identification link list.
