Abstract | According to the novel efficient belt type bucket elevator with circulating feeding and controllable tensile force, the bucket elevator head wheel, the bucket elevator tail wheel and the conveying belt all contain magnetic particles, the friction force among the conveying belt, the bucket elevator head wheel and the bucket elevator tail wheel can be increased, and then the bearing capacity can be improved; meanwhile, the self-adaptive electromagnetic tensioning device can monitor the tensioning degree of the conveying belt in real time, the relative distance between the bucket elevator tail wheel and the bucket elevator head wheel is adjusted through calculation and the electromagnetic tensioning device, the purpose of tightening the conveying belt is achieved, and then the conveying belt is tightened in the two directions of friction force and the tensioning degree through simultaneous cooperation.
