Abstract The invention relates to the field of flexible ultra-wideband antennas, in particular to a flexible dual-notch ultra-wideband antenna based on a surface modification and in-situ self-metallization technology, a manufacturing method and a quality detection method of the flexible ultra-wideband antenna based on intelligent image processing. The antenna structure grows from the polyimide substrate through a chemical method, so that the antenna structure has excellent adhesive force with the substrate and is not easy to crack. The technical process is simple, expensive equipment and vacuum conditions are not needed, and the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced. 本发明涉及柔性超宽带天线领域,具体涉及一种基于表面改性和原位自金属化技术的柔性双陷波超宽带天线、制造方法及基于智能图像处理的柔性超宽带天线的质量检测方法。由于天线结构是从聚酰亚胺基板上通过化学方法生长出来的,所以与基板之间有优异的附着力,不容易出现裂纹。该技术工艺简单,无需昂贵的设备和真空条件,大大降低了制造成本。
