Abstract Disclosed are an image decoding method, an image encoding method, and a method for transmitting a bitstream. The image decoding method includes: determining whether an encoding mode of a current block is a current picture reference mode; obtaining a motion vector of the current block based on the motion candidate list; generating a prediction block of the current block based on the motion vector of the current block; and reconstructing the current block on the basis of a prediction block of the current block, in which the prediction block of the current block is a block inside a current picture including the current block in a case where the encoding mode of the current block is a current picture reference mode. 公开了一种图像解码方法、图像编码方法和传输比特流的方法。图像解码方法包括:确定当前块的编码模式是否为当前图片参考模式;基于运动候选列表来获得当前块的运动矢量;基于当前块的运动矢量来生成当前块的预测块;以及基于当前块的预测块来重建当前块,其中,在当前块的编码模式为当前图片参考模式的情况下,当前块的预测块是在包括当前块的当前图片内部的块。
