The invention provides a drying and wrinkle removing method and a washing and drying all-in-one machine. The drying and wrinkle removing method comprises the following steps that the airflow temperature of an air inlet of a roller, the airflow temperature of an air outlet of the roller and the airflow temperature difference between the airflow temperature and the airflow temperature are continuously detected; determining the maximum value and the minimum value of the airflow temperature difference in unit time; a calibration temperature is determined according to the difference value between the maximum value and the minimum value of the airflow temperature difference in the determined unit time; the drying state of the clothes is determined according to the detected airflow temperature difference in the unit time and the calibrated temperature; and according to the drying state of the clothes, determining a starting node for performing wrinkle removal on the clothes. According to the method, when the clothes
