Abstract An active ingredient generating device (1) is provided with an internal component (2), a case (3), and a wind path member (5). The wind path member (5) is housed in the case (3) and surrounds the discharge unit (21). An air blowing section (22) of the internal component (2) generates an air flow (F1) that outputs an active ingredient to the outside. The wind path member (5) has an upstream block (53) and a downstream block (54). The upstream block (53) forms an air supply path (R1) on the upstream side. The downstream block (54) forms an exhaust air passage (R2) on the downstream side. The air passage member (5) forms an air passage (R10) through which the air flow (F1) passes within the housing (3), the air passage (R10) including an air supply passage (R1) and an air discharge passage (R2).
