Abstract | A method for determining the content of beta-glucan in ganoderma lucidum is characterized in that a determination sample is prepared, anhydrous dextrose serves as a reference substance, the content of beta-glucan in the sample is determined through an anthrone-sulfuric acid method, and the determination sample is obtained through high-temperature and high-pressure extraction, pressure filtration, composite enzymolysis and ultrafiltration centrifugal purification. The method for preparing the determination sample is high in speed, and detection can be continuously completed; high-temperature and high-pressure accelerated extraction is used; squeezing out an extracting solution adsorbed by residues by using pressure after extraction; the alpha-glucan is completely decomposed into monosaccharide and oligosaccharide through composite enzymolysis; most of water-soluble protein and compound enzyme are decomposed into amino acid and oligopeptide through papain; monosaccharide, oligosaccharide, amino acid and oligope |
