Abstract | The invention discloses a stray capacitance-based high-voltage energy taking device and method. The stray capacitance-based high-voltage energy taking device comprises a high-voltage energy taking electrode, a low-voltage energy taking capacitor and a low-voltage energy taking circuit, the high-voltage energy-taking electrode is arranged between a high-voltage line and the ground to obtain stray capacitance to the ground, and the stray capacitance is equivalent to high-voltage energy-taking capacitance; the low-voltage energy-taking capacitor is connected in series between the high-voltage energy-taking capacitor and the high-voltage line; and the low-voltage energy-taking capacitor is connected with a load through a low-voltage energy-taking circuit.
