Abstract | The invention discloses an intelligent reflecting surface shift control method and a related product. The method comprises the steps that first received signal quality information of a receiving end is acquired, and the first received signal quality information is used for representing the quality of a signal received by the receiving end; generating a first condition sample statistical value according to the first received signal quality information and a phase shift array corresponding to the signal; according to a communication demand and the first condition sample statistical value, a first phase shift array meeting the communication demand is determined, and the first phase shift array comprises a phase shift value of at least one reflection unit of the intelligent reflection surface; and transmitting the first phase shift array. By adopting the scheme of the invention, the quality of the received signal of the receiving end can be flexibly changed according to the communication requirement.
