Abstract The invention provides dry hard concrete and a preparation method thereof. The dry hard concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 380 to 480 parts of cement; 1800 to 2000 parts of steel slag; 120 to 180 parts of yellow sand; 4.0 to 18.0 parts of a water reducing agent; and 130 to 140 parts of water. According to the dry hard concrete disclosed by the invention, the breaking strength of the concrete is obviously enhanced by adding the water reducing agent, the dry hard concrete has good adaptability, various properties of the concrete are obviously improved under the condition that the steel slag aggregate is doped, the problems of pavement cracking and the like are effectively solved, and a new way for utilizing a large amount of industrial solid waste steel slag can be developed. 本发明提供一种干硬性混凝土及其制备方法,所述干硬性混凝土包括以下重量份的原料组分:水泥380~480份;钢渣1800~2000份;黄砂120~180份;减水剂4.0~18.0份;水130~140份。本发明的干硬性混凝土通过添加减水剂对混凝土抗折强度的增强作用明显,具有良好的适应性,在掺入钢渣骨料的情况下对混凝土各项性能均有明显的改善作用,有效解决路面开裂等问题,并能开拓大宗工业固废钢渣利用新途径。
