The device comprises a liquid collecting box, a collecting box, a driving device, an extrusion belt driven by a motor to rotate and a conveying belt, the conveying belt is located below the extrusion belt, the distance between the conveying belt and one end of the extrusion belt is gradually decreased, and the outer wall of the extrusion belt and the outer wall of the conveying belt are each connected with a plurality of protruding points.
