Abstract | The invention discloses a method for machining a vent hole in a metal part body by using laser. The method comprises the following steps that S101, one surface of a punching outlet of a metal part body is coated with a layer of protective medium in advance to form a target part to be machined; S102, a laser beam is adopted to irradiate a target portion to be machined from the front face of the target part to be machined along a machining path, laser machining is conducted under the synergistic effect of the auxiliary airflow till a target small hole penetrating through the metal part body is machined in the target part to be machined, and then a primary target part is formed; S103, the primary target part is cleaned, a protective medium on the back face of the primary target part is removed, attachments attached to the protective medium are removed, and then a secondary target part is formed; and S104, the secondary target part is machined till an ultimate target part is formed.
