Abstract | The invention relates to the field of battery boxes, in particular to a full-cold connection battery box which comprises a frame assembly; bottom plate assemblies which are located on the two sides of the frame assembly and fixedly connected with the frame assembly in a cold connection mode; and a side edge support which is located on the outer side of the frame assembly and fixedly connected with the frame assembly in a cold connection mode, wherein the frame assembly is composed of a side frame assembly, a plurality of middle cross beams and a plurality of middle longitudinal beams, the side frame assembly is composed of a plurality of frames, and the ends of the frames are fixedly connected through frame plug blocks. According to the invention, a full-cold connection mode is adopted to replace a traditional welding fixing mode, the size problem caused by the welding cracking risk and large welding deformation can be effectively solved, and on the other hand, the frames are connected through the frame plug |
