Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of plant cell biology, in particular to a composition for extracting fungal protoplast from plants and application thereof. The composition comprises a composition I and a composition II which are independently subpackaged, the composition I comprises cellulase and macerozyme; the enzyme activity of the cellulase is 250 to 350 U/g, the enzyme activity of the macerozyme is 700 to 900 U/g, and the mass ratio of the cellulase to the macerozyme is (13.5 to 20.5):(3.5 to 4.5); the composition II comprises trichoderma harzianum lyase; and the enzyme activity of the trichoderma harzianum lyase is 900 to 1000 U/g. According to the composition, the plant protoplast infected by fungi is extracted from the leaves through cellulase and macerozyme in a proper proportion, and then the infected fungi are subjected to enzymolysis through trichoderma harzianum lyase, so that the fungal protoplast is extracted from the plant leaves, and the extracted protoplast is large in quantity |
