Abstract | The invention discloses a defect detection and analysis method for a 16MnV cylindrical part. The method comprises the following steps: 1) macroscopic analysis; 2) physical and chemical inspection; 3) dissecting and sampling; 4) macroscopic inspection; 5) metallographic inspection; and 6) result analysis: on the premise that the physical and chemical inspection result meets the technical standard requirement, analyzing by combining the macroscopic and microscopic morphology of the crack. If the cracks extend in the radial direction of the cylindrical part, no inclusion exists in the cracks, and metallographic inspection structures and dendritic crystals are abnormal, the cracks are formed in the heat treatment process. By enhancing the strength of ultrasonic flaw detection angle probe detection and macroscopic inspection analysis, accurate detection of the radial crack of the inner hole wall of the workpiece can be ensured, the detection cost is low, the operation is convenient, and the accuracy is high.
