Abstract | The invention relates to a polyhedral single crystal aluminum oxide/aluminum nitride/epoxy resin heat-conducting composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) taking 20-75 parts of polyhedral single crystal aluminum oxide powder with D50 of 18-22 microns, 5-30 parts of aluminum nitride powder with D50 of 2-4 microns, 2-8 parts of polyhedral single crystal aluminum oxide with D50 of 0.3-0.5 microns and 10-50 parts of E51 epoxy resin for later use; (2) carrying out dry modification on the polyhedral single crystal aluminum oxide and aluminum nitride powder; (3) putting the modified powder, a curing agent and an accelerant into a star mill for mixing; then adding the mixture into a vacuum defoaming machine for defoaming; and then carrying out curing treatment.
