Abstract | The invention relates to a polycrystalline diamond compact for petroleum and geological drill bits, in particular to a polycrystalline diamond compact with a conical base body. The polycrystalline diamond compact with the conical base body comprises a conical hard alloy base body and a polycrystalline diamond layer. The hard alloy base body can be in a linear type conical shape, a curve type conical shape and a step type conical shape. When a PDC drill bit is used for drilling, the contact area of a PDC composite sheet base body and stratum rock is smaller, the PDC composite sheet in the shape can more easily penetrate into the stratum rock, so that the rock breaking efficiency is higher, and the mechanical drilling speed is higher. Meanwhile, the friction force of the drill bit during drilling is reduced due to the small contact area, and the stress damage probability of PDC cutting teeth is reduced.

The hard alloy base body can be in a linear type conical shape, a curve type conical shape and a step type conical shape.
