The device comprises a large-headed nail column and an annular measuring scale, the annular measuring scale is rotationally connected to a nail body of the large-headed nail column, a sleeve ring is detachably connected to the tail end of a tape measure in the annular measuring scale, the sleeve ring is used for being connected with a positioning column on one side of the annular measuring scale in a sleeving mode, and the sleeve ring can move in the height direction of the positioning column.
